In Montana, we value good neighbors. But Pennsylvania Power & Light, the operator of the Colstrip Power Plant, doesn’t seem to share this value.

Instead of upgrading coal-fired power plant with modern pollution controls, Pennsylvania Power & Light is lobbying the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to approve weak air pollution standards that will allow the company to avoid cleaning up the dirtiest facility in Montana.

Unfortunately, the EPA appears to be giving a green light to an out-of-state corporation to pollute Montana’s air and avoid investing in industry standard technology.

Please email EPA today. Urge them to help protect our families and communities from dangerous coal pollution.
